Consolata Hospital Mathari in partnership with KAYI Healthcare East Africa, Nairobi Radiotherapy and Cancer Centre has established an 8-bed chemotherapy unit that serves the Mt. Kenya region. This unit has been very crucial in easing the burden of patients travelling to Nairobi for cancer-related consultation and chemotherapy. Importantly, the unit is NHIF accredited, guaranteeing affordable chemotherapy treatment. With the support of an oncologist from Nairobi Radiotherapy and Cancer Centre, we run an oncology clinic twice a month (1st Friday & 3rd Friday of every month). Our trained oncology staff perform chemotherapy daily.
